Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and required repairs
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Help construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress with photos
Inspect homes daily to track progress
Install and remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher
Strong communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
