Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and needed repairs
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress
Inspect homes daily to verify progress and quality
Install or remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Excellent communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA preferred but not required
