Perform due diligence inspections on properties acquired by House Buyers of America
Assess property conditions and identify needed repairs
Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress
Inspect homes daily to track progress

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
Preferred licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not required
