📋 Description
- Perform due diligence inspections on properties.
- Run detailed reports and photos of properties.
- Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks.
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and documented.
- Inspect homes daily to track progress.
- Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials.
- Deliver any equipment to houses as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Great communication and computer skills.
- Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred.
