Salary: $50-$85k; perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field
Ensure punch-out items are complete; take detailed photos
Inspect homes daily to ensure progress
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Great communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
