Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and repairs needed
Run detailed reports and capture photos of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
Ensure punch-out items are completed and document construction progress
Inspect homes daily to monitor progress
Install or remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
Excellent communication and computer skills
Licensed Home Inspector in MD/DC/VA preferred, not required
