Provide one-on-one clinical training during home visits.
Collaborate with RN Clinical Manager to ensure staff competencies.
Perform RN Case Manager duties including medication administration and wound care.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations via a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

A current Massachusetts RN license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of one year Medicare Certified Home Health (VNA) experience.
Prior precepting experience is a plus.
