Making visits to clients in designated Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities
Performing duties including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Following up with, executing and documenting doctors' orders
Performing client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination

🎯 Requirements

A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
