Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and coordination of care as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD.
• A minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
