Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in Dedham, Norwood, Westwood, Walpole and nearby towns
Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments
Document doctor orders, observations, and evaluations
Case management and coordination; client assessments as needed

🎯 Requirements

Massachusetts RN license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Prior clinical RN experience in sub-acute or acute settings
Proficiency with touchpad tablet documentation
