Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Conduct thorough evaluations of functional status, including ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

A current MD Occupational Therapist license.
Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
A minimum of one year of recent OT work experience.
Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
