Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations and provide speech-language interventions.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• One year of experience with adult/geriatric populations.
• Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts.
• Home health experience preferred, not required.
