Home Health Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA core values.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referrals and clinicians.
• Review and compile documents to transition care per physician orders.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up physician-ordered services.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and strive to exceed performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 1 year healthcare/home health experience preferred.
• Experience with health systems/referral management/home health platforms a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement.
