Home Health Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA values and The BAYADA Way.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Review and compile documentation to transition care from acute/sub-acute care or initiate care as ordered.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up the services ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Area Sales and Office Director on shared accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and strive to exceed performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree may be substituted by sales/referral exp.
• 1 year healthcare experience; home health preferred.
• Experience with health system/referral management/home health platforms a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement.
