Home Health RN Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO for cohesive field staff management.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and high-quality services.
• Develop and update the client’s individualized plan of care based on ongoing assessment.
• Coordinate client care, referrals, and act as internal case manager and advocate.
• Represent BAYADA in community and physician office visits.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of RN experience in Home Health.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
