🎯 Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience (home health, hospital, hospice or rehab).
- Medicare-certified home health and OASIS documentation experience required.
