- Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits
- Provide one-on-one clinical training to field RNs and LPNs
- Collaborate with RN Clinical Manager and Educator to ensure staff competencies
- Perform RN Case Manager duties including meds, wound care, and procedures
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to managers
- Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
🎯 Requirements
- A current Massachusetts RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience
- Previous precepting experience is a plus
