Perform mobility, ROM, strength, gait, balance, and safety assessments
Apply wound care and protective dressings to support healing
Develop and adjust individualized PT care plans and interventions
Continuously assess and revise the PT plan with nursing in the multidisciplinary team
Document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
