📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects and develop intervention plans to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and document observations using a tablet EMR system.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience is preferred.
