Provide skilled nursing care, incl. trach care and ventilator management if needed.
Assist with ADLs: repositioning, transfers, hygiene.
Monitor vitals and overall wellbeing; report concerns.
Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
Collaborate with family, caregivers, and medical professionals.
Pediatric home care for patients from birth to 21 years.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Michigan.
Home health/private duty nursing or long-term care exp preferred.
Experience with pediatric trach and ventilator care.
Knowledge of paraplegia care is a plus.
Compassionate, patient-centered care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
