Assist with ADLs: repositioning, transfers, hygiene.
Monitor vital signs and well-being; report concerns.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Collaborate with family, caregivers, and medical professionals for continuity of care.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed RN or LPN in Michigan.
Experience in home health/private duty/long-term care preferred.
Experience with tracheotomy and ventilator care (pediatric positions).
Paraplegia-related care knowledge a plus (skin integrity, mobility, respiratory).
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
