- Provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes (RN/LPN)
- Care for pediatric and adult patients, incl. trach/vent and G-tube
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with ADLs and daily living activities
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
- Home/private duty nursing experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Comfort with pediatrics birth–21 and adults with complex needs
- Flexible with shifts: days, nights, weekends
