🎯 Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility
- Pediatrics and adults with complex medical needs
