Provide skilled nursing care: trach/vent, meds, catheter care.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
Coordinate with HHA and family to assist with ADLs, including dressing and meal prep.
Maintain a safe, high-quality, patient-centered environment.
On-site Home Health Aide supports daily tasks for the client.

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a calm, patient temperament.
Home care experience is a plus, but not required.
