Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility
Support patient well-being with compassionate, attentive care
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
Pediatric or adult care experience; trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and patient-centered care
