π― Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with tracheotomy and ventilator care (pediatric positions).
- Knowledge of paraplegia care, including skin integrity and mobility, a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
