- Collaborate with family, caregivers, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
π― Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in Michigan.
- Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred.
- Tracheotomy and ventilator care experience (pediatric positions).
- Knowledge of paraplegia-related care, including skin integrity and mobility support.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
