Provide skilled nursing care, including tracheostomy and ventilator care (if applicable).
Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, transfers, and hygiene.
Monitor vital signs and overall well-being; report concerns to the healthcare team.
Offer emotional support and companionship to promote a positive environment.
Collaborate with family, caregivers, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed RN or LPN in Michigan.
Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred.
Tracheotomy and ventilator care experience (pediatric positions).
Knowledge of paraplegia-related care, including skin integrity and mobility support.
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
