🎯 Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Patient Population: Pediatrics birth–21; Adults with complex medical needs
