- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent, meds, catheter care)
- Monitor vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Assist with ADLs: repositioning, hygiene, mobility
- Coordinate with families and healthcare team
- Respiratory support tasks (nebulizer, cough assist) three times daily
- Thursdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM schedule
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in home health/private duty/long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered care
