Home Health Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
• Manage your caseload and proactively grow it
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and communities
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Monitor admissions, Medicare mix, and referrals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is preferred.
• Medicare, HomeCare Homebase, and OASIS experience a plus.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 / year depending on qualifications.
