  • Respond to inquiries and service requests by phone
  • Coordinate after-hours home health care services for clients
  • Report end-of-shift census of calls
  • Schedule staff and multi-task calmly

  • Coordinate clinical issues with on-call nurse during emergencies
  • Training will be in-office or remote
  • Weekend schedule: Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon, 8:30am-5pm

  • Staff scheduling experience (home care preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills required
