- Provide personal care, household & companion support per plan of care.
- Help adults stay safe and independent at home.
- ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
- Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
- Meal preparation and feeding.
- Ambulation, ROM exercises, and transfers; vital signs checks.
🎯 Requirements
- Have at least one year of work experience.
- Completed CNA training or a 75-hour Home Health Aide certification.
- A passion for caregiving and helping others.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
