Follow a nurse-developed care plan to provide personal care and companionship at home.
Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal prep.
Assist with ambulation and transfers; use of lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders and monitor wellbeing.
Travel to clients' homes as assigned.
