Follow nurse-developed plan for personal care, household support, and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Support ROM and ambulation; transfers with lifting devices; medication reminders.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
