- Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
- Provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay independent.
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting.
- Help with household tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep.
- Support mobility: transfers, ROM exercises, and use of lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
