Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• In-home care following a nurse-developed plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support ADLs and light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Range of motion exercises and mobility transfers.
• Medication reminders and companionship.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently.
• Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required.
