Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide CHHA home health aide, nursing and rehab care to clients at home.
• Complete visits for Burlington and Camden County clients.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to help clients remain at home.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress.
• Ensure safety and infection control during visits.
• Flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be listed on the NJ CHHA Registry, active and in good standing.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements to practice.
