📋 Description

• Oversee Home Care Assistants delivering in-home ADLs.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train Home Care Assistants.
• Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors on performance.
• Maintain compliance records for Home Care Assistants and certifications.
• Audit documentation accuracy and timeliness; coach on improvements.
• Ensure training for home exercise programs per care plan.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year minimum supervising Home Care Assistants.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days; certification preferred.
