Oversee Home Care Assistants delivering ADLs in participants' homes.
Interview, hire, onboard, train, and provide feedback to HCA staff.
Provide feedback to agencies on caregiver performance and interactions.
Maintain certification records and ensure current certifications.
Audit HCA documentation; train and coach on improvements.
Coordinate with Home Health Manager and Rehab to train HCAs for home exercise plans.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year supervising Home Care Assistants for frail/elderly populations.
2 years of supervisory experience mentoring and developing staff.
Reliable means of transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred at hire.
