📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling of Home Care Assistant/Personal Care Assistants per RN and Home Care Supervisor.
\n
• Process authorizations in EMR for approved personal care and home health services.
\n
• Upload and maintain medical records for clinicians, aides, vendors in EHR.
\n
• Improve procedures with reminder calls, clear instructions, and materials.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of all scheduled home health and care appointments.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• High School diploma or equivalency.
\n
• Minimum of one year scheduler experience in home health or home care.
\n
• Minimum of one year EMR and scheduling system experience preferred.
\n
