Coordinate scheduling of Home Care Assistant/Personal Care assignments with RNs and supervisor
Complete EMR authorizations for approved services
Ensure all records are uploaded into the EHR
Implement reminder calls and clarifications to improve provider and participant experience
Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year experience as scheduler in a home health or home care agency
Minimum of one (1) year experience with EMR and scheduling system preferred
