Home Care LPN

📋 Description

• Travel to one client's home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide skilled care with autonomy in the home

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Arizona nursing license in good standing
• One year of LPN experience
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
