📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home care as an LPN in Burnsville, MN.
• Full-time, part-time or PRN; minimum two shifts per month.
• Daytime and Overnight shifts; 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Earn $27–$31/hour with overnight and weekend differentials.
• No weekend requirement; consistent hours and 1:1 support.
• 24/7 clinical support and Cubhub electronic charting.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
