📋 Description

• Travel to a client's home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders.
• Assess and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled care with autonomy in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma.
• A current Arizona nursing license in good standing.
• One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.
