🎯 Requirements
- Healthcare licensure or equivalent; 3+ years professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years case management or nursing in home/clinical setting with frail elderly.
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex conditions (preferred).
