- Comfort pitching financial products to consumers and handling objections.
- Working knowledge of mortgage process, DTI, underwriting basics, pre-approval.
- Strong stakeholder management across clients, builders, and loan officers.
- Experience managing high-velocity pipelines in HubSpot or similar CRM.
