🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in mortgage, real estate, or consultative financial sales.
  • Proven ability to convert warm leads in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
  • Comfort pitching financial products to consumers and handling objections.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage process, DTI, underwriting basics, pre-approval.
  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, builders, and loan officers.
  • Experience managing high-velocity pipelines in HubSpot or similar CRM.
