🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role
- LHCSA experience preferred; prior medical experience a plus
- HHA Exchange software experience strongly preferred
- Creative, proactive problem solver; improve processes
- Excellent customer service; strong written and verbal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages desired
