📋 Description

• Phase 1: Hong Kong (12–18 months) training
• Phase 2: New York (18 months) rotation
• Be the link between clients and experts for insights
• Recruit relevant experts and coordinate client-expert calls
• Manage multiple projects and schedule calls across teams
• Multitask across parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; no US study history
• Fluent in English and Mandarin at business level
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.3 or 2:1 equivalent)
• Extracurricular achievement and internship experience in business
• Outstanding communication skills
