Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive at HiveMQ, you will drive new business and strategic relationships across North America, helping customers accelerate digital transformation with reliable messaging.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting to close.
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities with CIOs/CTOs, IT leaders, and line-of-business stakeholders.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, forecast accurately, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and coordinate with legal/finance.
- Represent HiveMQ at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software or IoT sales experience; proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience acceptable.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
