🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years buy-side experience with capital management and alpha generation
- Comfort with bottom-up equity analysis, market technicals, and blockchain upside
- Passion for investing and dynamic markets
- Self-directed, owning the full investment lifecycle: idea generation to exit
- Proven P&L performance and clear process attribution
- Team-oriented, able to work within a risk mandate
